The Chamber of Digital Commerce seeks a fulltime Member Services Asssociate to join the Development and Member Services team. The relationship and account management professional in this role will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Chamber’s relationships with existing member companies.  This includes creating and executing member service strategies, renewing annual memberships, and identifying areas of opportunity for additional revenue. 


Essential Responsibilities 

      • Serve as the Chamber’s day-to-day contact for representatives at member companies. 
      • Support and participate in all member related activities including development, onboarding, touchpoints, and renewal. 
      • Establish and maintain “strong and appropriate” level relationships with members; ensure Chamber leadership has executive level contacts at each member. 
      • Collaborate with staff on the management, planning, and implementation of member events. 
      • Provide feedback and report internally on market trends and insights. 
      • Maintain a deep industry knowledge while consistently operating with discretion and confidentiality.



      • At least two (2) years of experience working with enterprise accounts and relationship management 
      • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
      • Able to juggle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously 
      • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills 
      • Strong communication and presentation skills 
      • Intuitive and creative problem solving skills 
      • Ability to engage with executives across various segments of the blockchain industry 
      • Must have a general understanding of the blockchain and digital asset ecosystem and players 
      • Must be a proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently and remotely 
      • Experience using Salesforce preferred
