Perianne Boring is the Founder and CEO of The Chamber of Digital Commerce, the world’s largest trade association representing the blockchain industry. The Chamber’s mission is to promote the acceptance and use of digital assets and blockchain-based technologies. Perianne was named one of “America’s Top 50 Women in Tech” by Forbes and one of the “10 Most Influential People in Blockchain” by CoinDesk. She appears regularly in the financial media to share insights on digital asset and blockchain innovations and public policy discussions. Prior to forming The Chamber, Perianne served as a television anchor for an international finance program that ran in more than 100 countries and reached over 650 million viewers. She began her career as a legislative analyst in the U.S. House of Representatives, advising on finance, economics, tax, and healthcare policy.

Alex Chizhik
Alex Chizhik is a highly experienced executive with 17 years of experience in digital assets and technology. He has experience in scaling and growing businesses with Okcoin/OKX, HarrisX, Microsoft, BCG, and as a founder of a startup. He was most recently the Global Head of Listings at Okcoin/OKX, where he revamped the listings function and created the Bitcoin Odyssey (a $170M VC pledge fund), among other achievements.…
Before that, he was the Chief Revenue and Operating Officer at HarrisX, where he was responsible for growth execution and day-to-day operations, including sales and analytics, business development, product development, and day-to-day operations of the business turnaround. Prior to that, he was a Senior Manager of Strategy at Microsoft, where he led M&A valuation projects, and wrote Microsoft’s blockchain strategy, playing a key role in the successful product launch of “Project Bletchley.”
Alex has his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and loves soccer, skiing, and Krav Maga.

Cody Carbone
Cody Carbone serves as Chief Policy Officer for The Chamber. Prior to joining, Cody spent six years in the office of public policy at Ernst & Young (EY), where he led federal government engagement and advocacy efforts on issues related to financial services and technology. Cody has also spent time serving as legislative staff in the US House of Representatives and US Senate, working directly for his hometown Representative Leonard Lance from New Jersey.…
Cody received his Juris Doctorate (JD) and Masters in Public Administration (MPA) from Syracuse University where he served as President of the Student Bar Association. Cody also received his BS from the State University of New York at Cortland, where he was a member of the varsity men’s soccer team. Cody is admitted to the New York State Bar and currently resides in Washington, DC.

Derek Khanna
Derek Khanna serves as Chief Operating Officer and Counsel for The Chamber. Previously, Derek co-founded a Bitcoin Policy organization and was legislative staff in the US House of Representatives and US Senate, managing technology policy for 170 Members of Congress. Derek received his Juris Doctorate (JD) from Georgetown University Law Center and received a Fellowship with Yale Law School’s Information Society Project. In addition to serving in legal roles, including as General Counsel, he is an entrepreneur who has founded multiple companies and organizations. For his work in leading a campaign to legalize phone unlocking, resulting in the Phone Unlocking Act of 2014, Derek was named on Forbes 30 under 30 for Law and Policy. Businessweek has referred to his work as being an “advocate for startups that don’t exist yet.” Derek is admitted to the California State Bar (and is not admitted in DC) and currently resides in Washington, DC.
