(WEBINAR) The End of Regulation by Enforcement … But Not the End of Enforcement

May 19 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

While the start of the new administration promises an end to “regulation by enforcement” in the digital asset space, that doesn’t mean the risk of enforcement has disappeared altogether.  On the contrary, the risk of federal enforcement remains, especially for cases with a fraud or money laundering dimension.  And there will be an increase in activity from state AGs and regulators, as well as private plaintiffs, to fill perceived federal enforcement gaps.  For these reasons, digital asset firms need to remain vigilant about enforcement risks, even as they look forward to new opportunities to build and grow in the U.S.

Join us for a lively virtual gathering, “The End of Regulation by Enforcement … But Not the End of Enforcement,” hosted by The Digital Chamber and friends from Greenberg Traurig, KKL, Latham & Watkins, and Steptoe.

Moderator: Kris Klaich, The Digital Chamber
Panelists: Galen Kast (Steptoe), Ed Kim (KKL), David Miller (Greenberg Traurig), Ben Naftalis (Latham & Watkins), Andrew Adams (Steptoe)
