Balancing the protection of proprietary information against the transparency required for innovation.

ENCOURAGING THE PROTECTION OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Blockchain Intellectual Property Council (BIPC) is an initiative of the Chamber of Digital Commerce to promote blockchain innovation and help companies better navigate intellectual property decision-making processes.

In a rapidly growing ecosystem largely built on open-source technology, but where the protection of intellectual property remains a vital concern, the BIPC helps balance the protection of proprietary information against the transparency required for innovation.
