This letter to congressional leaders, the SEC, the Treasury was to express serious concern over MSCI, Inc.’s proposal to remove companies from its indexes if digital assets represent fifty percent or more of their balance sheets
Nov. 27, 2025 – Comment for General CFTC Request Input on Use of Tokenized Collateral Including Stablecoins in Derivatives Markets
This submission was in response to the CFTC’s request for input on how it can implement tokenized assets and stablecoins into its existing trading rules and regulations, especially regarding meeting margin requirements under the existing CFTC regulations.

Oct. 23, 2025 – TDC Supports STREAMLINE Act, Calls for Modernized AML Rules
TDC submits comment letter of support to the Senate Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs. Global economic success is dependent upon fit-for-purpose rules. Congress should act swiftly on the STREAMLINE Act to modernize anti-money laundering laws, ensuring that innovation and consumer protection are prioritized together, both at home and abroad.

Oct. 14, 2025 – Response to The Nasdaq Stock Market’s Proposed Rule Change to Enable the Trading of Securities on the Exchange in Tokenized Form
Through this comment letter, TDC offers specific concerns, recommendations and considerations for revisions and enhancements to the Proposal, drawing on our members’ deep expertise in digital asset markets, regulatory compliance, and financial product structuring. TDC believes that a successful regulatory framework must be technology-neutral, principles-based, and flexible enough to accommodate multiple models as the market evolves, including both intermediated and disintermediated approaches.

CFTC Comment Letters on two comprehensive comment letters to the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC). The filings respond to the Commission’s April 21 requests for comment on (1) the regulatory treatment of perpetual derivatives and (2) the feasibility of 24/7 trading and clearing in CFTC-regulated markets.

While we appreciate the intent to provide regulatory clarity and consumer protections, the bill as written would severely hinder innovation, economic growth, and the long-term competitiveness of the blockchain and digital asset industry in the state.
