ABOUT US:
The Digital Chamber is a non-profit organization committed to promoting global blockchain adoption. We envision a fair and inclusive digital and financial ecosystem where everyone has the opportunity to participate. Through targeted education, advocacy, and strategic collaborations with government and industry stakeholders, we drive innovation and shape policies that create a favorable environment for the blockchain technology ecosystem.
THE ROLE:
The Digital Chamber is at the center of the most important conversations in digital assets and cryptocurrencies, but those conversations are often buried in dense policy briefs. We need a Marketing & Content Coordinator who can bridge that gap. We’re looking for a storyteller who can take a complex regulatory update and turn it into a high-impact video or a must-read email.
This is an entry-level, execution-focused role for a hands-on marketer who enjoys writing, experimenting with creative tools, and learning by doing. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and policy experts to support content across email, web, social, and video, with guidance and room to grow.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Multi-Channel Content Creation: Draft, design, and deploy content across our website, social media, and membership platforms. Help turn complex policy updates into clear, compelling written and visual content.
- Video Production & Editing: Assist with basic video production for social and educational use, including capturing interviews or event footage when needed. Edit short-form video clips using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut.
- Email Marketing & Copywriting: Support the execution of our email program by drafting newsletters, member updates, and event invitations. Help monitor performance and improve engagement over time.
- Marketing Strategy Implementation: Execute marketing plans in collaboration with leadership, ensuring consistency across channels and campaigns. Support advocacy campaigns and member communications as needed.
- Analytics & Optimization: Track basic performance metrics (email, web, social) and help identify what’s working and what can be improved.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1–3 years of marketing, writing, communications, or content experience (internships and relevant freelance work count), ideally within crypto, fintech, or a mission-driven organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Film, Communications, Digital Media, Policy or a related field.
- Working knowledge of creative tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with CMS and marketing tools such as WordPress, HubSpot, or Salesforce, and social media platforms.
- A proven ability to write clear, persuasive copy for emails and long-form content.
- A good sense of design, layout, and video pacing. You know what looks professional.
- A genuine interest in blockchain technology, digital finance, and AI.
- Willing to jump in, learn new tools, and pivot as the industry evolves.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Based in or around the Washington, D.C. area for occasional on-site content capture and events.
- Previous experience in a membership-driven or nonprofit environment.
WE OFFER:
- A dynamic and inclusive work environment
- Opportunities for professional growth and advancement
- Competitive salary
- Flexible hours and remote work options, 15 days of PTO, 5 paid sick days, and paid holidays including federal holidays, extended Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends, Thanksgiving and the following Friday, and a Winter Break from December 24–January 1.
- 100% employer-paid premiums for medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance.
If you’re a motivated, curious marketer or creator excited about turning complex ideas into compelling content, we’d love to hear from you. Please submit your resume, cover letter, and portfolio or examples of relevant work (writing, emails, social posts, or videos).
We are an equal-opportunity employer and value diversity at our company. We do not discriminate based on race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
