We are grateful to Congressman Fitzgerald for standing up for builders and innovators. As regulatory frameworks evolve, the law must be aligned to give builders clear space to create and deploy innovative products. Protecting this space for experimentation and new discovery is a hallmark of American ingenuity. Innovators should not have to fear prosecution for building lawful technology, and ensuring that freedom is essential if the United States is to remain the digital asset capital of the world.
