Today’s Senate Agriculture Committee markup represents a significant step toward a final market structure bill. We appreciate the hard work required to advance such a complex piece of legislation out of committee and with both sides of the aisle to try to keep this momentum on track. Today’s vote demonstrated the Chairman’s leadership, and we are grateful to him and his staff for incorporating suggestions to try to include all perspectives and create a workable structure to advance U.S. leadership in the crypto space.
