The Senate Agriculture Committee’s latest draft signals that the will to enact bipartisan market structure legislation this year remains strong. The momentum has not shifted. As we review the text, we will continue engaging closely with our members and the Committee to ensure the framework works for the digital asset industry and U.S. consumers.
